Time: 9:00 am -- 2:00 pm

• Come and work on your project with us


• Bring your unfinished project or start a new one


• Bring your sewing, crocheting or knitting projects


• We will also have no-sew fleece to cut and tie or crochet around


• We will have projects you can do if you don’t have one started: sew on labels, cut muslin, trace squares, and/or make quilt tops


• Bring your sewing machine, cutting board/cutter, craft supplies, thread, scissors -- whatever

Come visit and enjoy the day

Snacks and beverages provided

Special event: Blankets for Children in Japan

Project Linus Headquarters has informed us they are trying to work out details to send blankets to Japan.

If you are thinking of how you can help and would like to help the children in Japan, please think of making a single layer no-sew fleece blanket for Project Linus to send.

I will send out more information as it becomes more available.

SUMMER 2011 SCHEDULE

Please mark your calendar and plan to attend. Our community events are our biggest resources for letting everyone know about our needs. You don’t have to commit large chunks of time, just come for a bit and help out and let someone else take a break.

Also, participation can be a wonderful service project for your child’s service project hours, your club, group or church to get involved with.
